Ordering and Payment

• When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion.

• All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or in cash.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• Dean Farms is a local Elburn farm. We offer local pickup only, local delivery within a certain radius, and shipping to specific areas. We reserve the right to accept or decline local delivery and shipping arrangements at our sole discretion.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

• Once a product is delivered to the designated address, the risk of loss and title for the product passes to you.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (raw honey, produce), we do not accept returns.

• If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dean Farms and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of any products.

• Our liability for any product sold shall be limited to the price paid for the product.

• The raw honey and other produce we sell are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with a healthcare professional before consuming any products if you have allergies or health concerns.
